Well, this is interesting. Two consecutive spots from the DX Summit
database:

DL4WF     24892.2 4U1ITU      qsl via i1yrl direkt          1612 18 Jan 2004
W5GAI     24892.0 4U1ITU      QSX 24893.0 VIA 4U1ITU only   1622 18 Jan 2004

I'd try I1YRL first.  Send him an email.
