[Dx-qsl] Anyone get RU1A QSL from KC1WY?

In 2001 I got a card direct from Dmitry when I sent mine direct
to his PO Box with an SAE and US$ 1, and writing his name and 
address on my outgoing envelope in English and Russian.  I think
the turnaround on it was only 6 or 7 weeks.  US$ 1 should still
be sufficient for airmail postage from Russia - last envelope I 
received from there had 14 rubles in postage, and US$ 1 is about 
28.44 rubles per www.xe.com this morning.  If your browser can 
display Russian/Cyrillic characters his address is properly
