[Dx-qsl] JY5HX

   I think a while ago someone here was saying that they couldnt get a card 
from JY5HX. I was just at his qrz.com info because I also need a card from him 
and I noticed he needs 2 IRCs and not dollars. 
   Maybe that is the problem.

   I normally out of habit I send $2 and an SAE and wouldnt have thought of 
IRCs until I looked at his info.
