Yes, that's correct, Joe is presently QRV as 7Q7BP and will be retiring 
back to the UK in the not too far distant future.

I strongly suspect that he will then catch up on his QSL-ing chores, but 
that in only *MY* opinion and not based on any factual evidence 
whatsoever.

I did try to talk to him on the phone when he was last on leave in the 
UK with an offer to help out with his QSLs, but was unable to make 
contact.
