I looked at the QSLs I have from the 1990 and 1992 operations. The operator was Robert A. Winters. The only op by that name in the FCC database is N7XR. Don't know if he's the same op. The address on the QSL is a Guam address. Hope this helps. 73 / Stokley, W3SB
