The PO BOX of YV4A was changed on May, 2003.
I also failed to confirm this by sending the requests to the
old PO BOX address in year of 2002, but, finally, I made a
success to confirm this station by sending the requests
to the current PO BOX address which is shown in QRZ.COM.
