[Dx-qsl] T90ZOI direct address ?

Well Dave to begin with there was no need for the [REQUESTED] as I saw the 
uncapitalized
version just fine. Despite being almost 60 I am not blind.

During the QSO he stated via bureau, but why should they pay for me to 
receive their card ?
Any time I can QSL direct, and pay my way, I can and will.

As you have seen they desire to have them sent only to the bureau, so I 
must abide by their
wishes.
