I'm not having any luck with this manager. I have 8 cards dating back to 
over a year, that haven't been received. I sent direct with sufficient 
funds, then tried again by registered mail. I read the posts about the 
envelopes, but I don't fold them. I send European mailers and returns. 
 From reading the posts, it appears some are receiving his cards with no 
problem. My return rate from other managers is very high, so I'm puzzled 
over this one. Someone mentioned something about emailing Jurah, but I 
can't find his address. Any suggestions?
