Received JT1CS in the mail today - Direct with 1 IRC and SAE.
I've tried for almost a year to get this confirmed through his QSL =
manager JR0CGJ with absolutely no response.  I wrote Bat an email which =
I got an immediate response.  It took 3 weeks for the letter to get to =
his address in Mongolia and 3 weeks back to my address.  My letter was =
addressed "Mongolia via Japan"
