      Have you tried a google search for the call.
  One of the best programs for QSL managers I have seen is called ProLog. It 
has many older QSL managers and some pretty obscure ones as well.
  Maybe someone here has that program and can help. I dont have it installed 
at this time.
   Also you might try the INDXA net in the afternoons. I think they are on 
14.235. They have about everything concerning managers.
