Ed -- Operator's instructions were via QRZ.COM....although that route only
shows the NY address with no specific instructions after some checking and
confirmatory e-mails with Mohamed KA2RTD at U.N. HQ the correct U.S. route
is via a normal SASE w/ U.S. postage.
