I hope this is what you are after ...

http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/14.html?

That will get you the activity on 20 meters.  For each band you want, 
just change the last part of the URL to the band frequency.  e.g. 
instead of dxs/14.html  you could type in 21 so it would read   
dxs/21.html and that would get you 15 meters.
