[Dx-qsl] need some help identifying some oldies

Trying to correct some possible errors in my log.
I think these crept in either by my mistake or possibly when importing logs 
from obsolete programs and the subsequent misidentifying a prefix.

I've looked at both the ARRL conversion list and the RW4NM listing but still 
unsure of these.
