Hi Al. I have sent to this address (it's the one shown in qrz.com)
and sent 2 emails.  I'm encouraged that you and Laurent W0MM were

Bernie's comment was quite correct, this is one station who isn't
known as a good QSLer.. that's OK.

A good way to check out if a station actively QSL's is to do a Google
image search, try 3b9fr for example.
