This may sound like a dumb question but I have heard that the policy for return postage from India is that you can't use greenstamps anymore...If this is true are IRC's accepted? It's been a long time since I have sent a direct QSL to VU and had heard the policy had changed.. Any info would be appreciated.. tnx es 73 Dave K6WRF
