[Dx-qsl] K8RF postal address

I'm trying to confirm CY9RF and KG4RF, both are K8RF's operations from 1999.
QRZ and Buckmaster both show a Dayton address, however
http://home.fuse.net/k8rf/ website shows a Cincinnati address. FCC shows a
Dayton address. Neither e-mail addresses I've found works.

I wonder which address is good, especially since this is my 2nd attempt to
get a QSL from Dan. Any hint appreciated.

P.S. By the way, has anybody succeeded in getting either call confirmed? Or
is it yet another black hole?
