[Dx-qsl] nothing today, lets start a share the wealth program

Did you know that the top 4% of DXers get 80% of the qsl cards.

While us low on the DX totem pole types get little or none.
Maybe someone would share half a BS7H card with me?

Maybe we should change the Inheritance tax so that when a DXer goes to the great SunSpot 
in the sky, us poor deserving QRP'ers get 40% of his qsl cards.

Talk about a two class society:
There are those Big Dxers/Contesters with all the classy Cards on the wall.
and then
there's poor last man in the pile types like me with no class at all.

Where is Hugh Cassidy when we need him to convene a meeting of the Marin County Sun 
Dancers?
They could decide if we need a QSL Czar who would dispense needed QSLs where needed.
I'm willing to volunteer, but only if I have total Budget Authority.
