[Dx-qsl] K1WY DX Association?

Hi gang

My good friend Solofo, 5R8ET tells me that the K1WY DXA club is closed. 
Bill, K1WY, has not informed the members about his decision. All 
Solofo's messages sent to him by e-mail this year, have received no 
reply. The K1WY DXA website is also closed. He's never received all his 
QSL cards! What a problem! KT6YL, -ex ON4CAT, a staff member of the club 
he knew when she was the European officer for the club a few years ago, 
has proposed KG6D, her husband, to be Solofo's manager from last month!

Can anyone confirm the story and/or shed any light upon matters?
