Ditto on that Sam! Being a QSL manager is a thankless and difficult job,
and Steve is one of the best. Let's not beat up on him and end up loosing
one of the good ones. If we look at some of the things we put him
through, it is amazing that he still maintains the quality he brings to
the job. There are a lot of others out there that don't come close to his
standards, and he doesn't place unreasonable demands in what he asks us
to do to keep his job tolerable.
