Hi:

Not often I get involved in this stuff.

KU9C does a fine job.  It's pretty easy for you to criticize Steve while 
sitting in your chair.  Try walking a mile in his shoes first.  You know 
nothing about what he goes through and your comments are really out of line.

Show some consideration and lets give some of these QSL managers a bit 
of breathing room.  The gratitude shown for these managers is seldom 
shown.  How about knocking off those kind of comments.  They are seldom 
deserved, and I don't think Steve deserves any of it.
