On a related note, has anyone ever received a QSL card out of the H8A
debacle?

With all due respect to our colleagues in HP, with all the kvetching about
the H8A call and about the HP1/DJ7AA license situation (whether justified or
not), it sure is tough to get a valid card out of Panama lately!
