[Dx-qsl] VU2OXX

A good friend of mine is trying to confirm a QSO with VU2OXX.  He used the
QRZ.COM address on March 4, 2004.  I know some people have reported
receiving a QSL from Wilson.  Can you tell me (directly) what you used for
postage?  (IRC, Stamp, $).
