LY7A-QSL requested via the bureau from LY2ZO in September 1998 arrived now
after 5 years, confirming a needed prefix on 40 meters.
A second LY7A-QSL requested at the same time arrived also for one of my
portable-operations.
So once again the QSL-morality database of the DF6EX-WIN-QSL-Program seems
correct: LY2ZO is answering via the bureau, but with long waiting time.
S79ELY-QSL request was sent in February 1993 via the bureau and his QSL
arrived today via the ZS-bureau. (The direct request in 1994 was answered after 5
weeks).
RT9W shows on the QSL WAZ = 17. But on the other hand the QTH is in Salavat
in the Republic of Bashkortostan, which is stated in the very detailed
Call-sign-directory by DK5JI as WAZ = 16. Who knows the opion of CQ-Magazine?
Until now I thought only RA9S and RA9T is in dispute, to which WAZ these
callsigns belong. From the very reliable source DK5JI both callsigns belong to
WAZ 16, but I have QSLs from Orenburg, which show WAZ = 17, other say RA9S = WAZ
16 ans RA9T = WAZ 17. Can anyone confirm if this also the opion of
CQ-Magazine?
