Have not seen much about it, but Wayne Mills of the ARRL announced at =
the Visalia DX Convention that effective Monday, May 3rd, Logbook of the =
World will open its award link to your DXCC records.  You will be able =
to see all your entity credits, it will tell you what in LOTW you need =
and you can request credits.  Also Wayne said LOTW will be available for =
use by other organizations and said there has been contact on this with =
RSGB and CQ.
