I think Ivan is the primary operator of 4U1ITU. I have sent at least three 
cards to him for various combinations of bands/modes and all but the latest 
have come back in good time from Ivan. Hope the latest comes back soon, 
though - 40 and 80M would be nice to have a hard-copy card for since the 
LoTW confirmations he put through still won't be valid till heaven knows when.
