[Dx-qsl] Does YI9OM QSL?

I worked YI9OM in the 2001 CQ WW DX contest.  I believe the manager was
given as OM6TX.  The first request, sent direct with a GS went unanswered
but several others told me they did get cards so I re-sent with 2 GS and I
did get a card that time.
