Hi!
I haven't been very active lately, and most of the stuff in my
mailbox has been for stations I manage. Last night, I had a couple
in the mailbox for me:
LU5EGN (10m SSB) sent 2004-03-01 direct with SAE & US$ 2 to address
on QRZ.com.
CM2IZ (40m RTTY - new one on that band for me!) sent early October
2003 direct with SAE & US$ 1 to address on QRZ.com, from a Mexican
post office in Mexicali, Baja California, via registered airmail. At
approximately US$ 3.30 around that time, this was *much* cheaper than
the same service via USPS, and eliminates the chance of my envelope
being inspected by a US federal agency on its way to Cuba.
73!
