[Dx-qsl] V26B via WT3Q

  If you have success , please let me know. I had worked V26B
on 80 meters in three different CQ WW , sent alwasy direct few weeks
after de contest (direct againg three months later) and I am still waiting
the answer to at least 1 of my 6 direct letters.

Does anyone have a good Email address for WT3Q? I want to contact him about
a QSO with V26B in 1999, for which he keeps saying he's going to send me a
card, but it hasn't showed up yet. Bureau, direct, SASE, greenstamps, never
seen anything.
