Gert,

I don't know what Sam's current situation is.  I was able to get my V26B
QSL's (1999 & 2000 era) from him in 2001 thanks to KA2AEV.  My understanding
from 'AEV at the time was that Sam was innundated with work OT and had some
other personal issues on his plate.  (No, I don't know if 'AEV is still in
contact with Sam so I hesitate to throw his email out as a contact)

However, keep in mind that he did come through, it just took a little while.
