I, myself, have just the same situation for the QSOs on Oct. 13, 2002
and Dec. 12, 2002.

However, my friend, 7K1NCP, confirmed his QSL card successfully for
the QSO on Feb. 23, 2002. He sent his QSL request with 2-GS on Feb. 24,
2002 and receipt 7X4AN QSL dard on May. 29, 2002.

What happened to 7X4AN in the 2nd half of 2002? hi hi
