Hmmm.  Perhaps I should rephrase the question, especially in light of some
additional information that's come about:

KI7WO and others are reporting that their cards to OM2SA are being returned
marked "NIL - Pirate" or something to that effect.  Does anyone know if
there is an on-line resource to check the log?  Or if OM2SA (a) has an email
address and if so (b) responds to inquiries via email?

T31MY was a new one for me on 30, but I just hate to waste the postage in
the event I was burned too.
