Thank you for the information.
It must be a good news.

(Thank you for sending me a lot of QSL cards from DX stations such
  as 8Q7ZZ, 5R8GZ, ZF2NT, XU7ACT, and so on.)

I sent him an email a few months ago and offered I could help him
to distribute his QSL cards to JA hams, but no reply.

It is also fun to wait the QSL cards from the new entities in hope.
