Martti had cards available at the Yaesu booth at Dayton; although I wasn't
lucky enough to work them, I did see him handing many cards out.

You may need to try direct again.  But I've noticed in the past that Martti
could sometimes wait months before sending out cards, then send them out in
huge batches at once for his many operations and such.
