Yes YT1AD does QSL via the bureau.  I too have received several both
from his home call and some of his DXpeditions.

I'd shrink the list at the very least for one.

YT1AD does respond QSls via bureau. it includes his own YT, but such
expeditions
like 3V8BB, 3D2Ci, or K1B after the direct requests are processed.

       home QSL Bureau.
