Hi Group, got my packet from ARRL today and they reported that my contact with 3XY7C on 3-11-2002 was not valid due to no doc's received. Surely a station who sent out a beautiful color card would have sent in the doc's. Anyone know? Needed for number 200 confirmed on phone. Al W5ADF
