[Dx-qsl] 4U1ITU QSLing preferences

I've had three QSOs so far with 4U1ITU -- two in March 2003 and one just a
couple of weeks ago. I sent a card out in March for the first two QSOs and
never heard anything back. Before I send a card out for the third contact,
I'm wondering how often the station operators of 4U1ITU get around to
QSLing, or if they even go direct? Is there a preferred method of securing
confirmation with them? Considering the high Swiss return postage rates,
I'm loathe to throw another $2 away if it's a black hole.
On a related note, I must say it was pretty fun bustin' the huge pileup for
4U1UN the other day on PSK-31. Living about 3 miles line-of-sight of the UN
probably had something to do with it <snerk>. Now just to get 'em on phone....
