[Dx-qsl] T42GG

Hi all,

Looking for a route for T42GG from CQWW this weekend. The only route I saw 
a route was on QRZ.com, and that was via CO2JG at a PO Box address in Havana.

I'm wondering if there's a manager for that station outside of Cuba or if 
there are any success stories to sending QSLs directly to Cuba. Every other 
CO/CM I've ever needed to get confirmed has been through an EA manager.
