There is the  web site for the operations FO/JJ8DEN.
The first half of the page is written in English language.

This page shows the QSL information as follows.
The address is just same as one on the Buckmaster.

I checked the JARL web site and found JJ8DEN could accept
"VIA BURO" (JARL forward the QSL to his address), but that
[email protected] does not work.

FO/JJ8DEN OC-057,067 2003
FO/JJ8DEN will be active from Maupiti Islands (OC-067), French
Polynesia from April 28 to May 1.  He will then QSY to Maupihaa Atoll
(OC-057).  Look for activity on HF on CW and RTTY.  He will be using
an IC-706 and HX52A.  QSL via JJ8DEN either via the bureau or direct
to Yoshitake Izumi, Minami-24-7, Nishi-1, Obihiro-City, Hokkaido, 080-
0011 JAPAN.

I was not able to find any information which show anybody in JA had
receipt his QSL so far.
