Could be, same address. I'm also waiting for the Feb 03 cards for HP1. 
 From what I've read here, I'm not the only one.

My 1st experience with DJ7AA was in 1996 when I needed Germany on 80M. 
Wil was quite active on that band, but slow to QSL. I finally got a card 
after reminding him time and time again I still didn't have my card. 
(After sending SAE and $2)

BTW: The very worst no QSLers are right here in the USA. One is on this 
list. (Guess they use the stamps to mail in their utility bills)
