I don't know if anything has changed, but I did receive an OD5NH card direct
2 years ago for a QSO.

Keep in mind the part of the world he lives in... very often the problem
(which may or may not be the case this time) is that he never received the
request in the first place!

I used to be KB8O and Lou, K9ALP, is the O manager. I would like
to thank him as well as WF5E for the following confirmations.

SV9/LA4XFA 17M
VR2GY 30M
OD5NH 10M

A word about the OD5NH card. Most say on the cluster he does not qsl,
but I sent my card thru WF5E on Mar. 12, 2003 and received it today. Not a
bad turnaround time in my book. I would also like to mention OD5NH did
not send me his card, but instead stamped the card I sent him as "Confirmed
by OD5NH" which is perfectly acceptable to the ARRL.

Hope everybody needing these cards has as good a success.

Best 73 and DX de K8SIX ( ex: KB8O )

BTW that is three new band countries. :)
