I was a little luckier to get his card 7 months after sending the request 
(sent March 2002 received Oct. 2002).

You may be better off listening for CN2R contest station this week and in 
CQWW this weekend. They're easy to work, I think they're going to be on 
every band that allows contests and they definitely QSL in good time via a 
stateside manager. As in a couple of weeks to a month, outside.
