[Dx-qsl] Date on ST0RY cards

Hello,

I just noticed that the data format on the ST0RY cards is somewhat 
mixed up.

I noticed that the date  on the card is not printed according to
the underlined ddmmyy  format. In fact the date printed is either 
yymmdd or yyddmm  

I hope that the arrl will accept this...
