[Dx-qsl] route for 8J1RL

Hi,
 
I know this is the Japanese Antarica Base station but what is the correct route please?
I have read buro and JA8DQS and JG3PLH.  
 
If it is via Buro only can someone tell me if I can send a qsl and SAE and $2 to the JA buro address to try and get a direct response?
