The latest issue of Japanese CQ ham radio magazine reports his address,
and it is just same as the one which is available on QRZ.COM as well as
buck.com/call.

However, the address Mr, Kessinger reported in his email must be the new
one.

The good news is that Japanese post office forwards all mails which were
sent to the old address to the new one for 1 year.
