[Dx-qsl] UA4WHX ?

I see UA4WHX is using AC4LN and has a stateside address as well
as his overseas address. Has anybody used the stateside address ?
If so what success have you had ?

Buckmaster has UA4WHX address but it appears AC4LN may be
a drop box ?
