I have had success confirming SU9ZZ 9 times through OM3TZZ

This was before I kept good track of what I included in the request. I assume 
that I would have sent either a single IRC or an IRC and $1.

Every direct request was answered, so far no bureau resoponces for other 
bureau requests although I believe I have seen SU9ZZ cards in the bureau 
system (I am an incoming bureau volunteer).
