I have send my QSL request to Carl N4AA for my QSO with 9N1AA
and here is the reply from Carl:

"I regret that the logs for 9N1AA have been lost, and there is no way to
confirm the contacts for the dates shown on your QSL request..."

Carl N4AA is a real gentleman and a serious manager he did apologise
for this situation beyond his control and returned the SASE, spending from
his own pocket the return mail.
