[Dx-qsl] QSL SURVEY

   I have been Dxing for 23 years now and almost exclusively always used 
$1.00 and then recently $2.00. I can hardly remember ever using IRCs unless the DX 
or manager said to use them. 
   Over the years my success rate using dollar bill(s) has been at least 95%, 
very good. 
   I use the buro a great deal for band countries or awards and things like 
that. For a new country or a rare new band country, I always go direct or to 
their manager. And send the $2 unless the station says otherwise.
