The answer (and I hope the key to the QSL, hi) was the mentioned address
of JA0AD. It was my fault as I have searched only at QRZ.com and all
my files of 425DX and other bulletins on my harddisk. But the address was
in buckmaster. I will surely look at buckmaster in the future....! How could=
 I
forget buckmaster? I'm getting old ;-)

John (from GOLIST) has JH3GAH as manager but nothing about the period.
As my hearing was from Nov 1999, I will try that one with SAE and IRC.
QRZ.com, 425 DXN said that JA0AD was the manager for that time. I will
give a try.
