[Dx-qsl] V8SEA help needed

Dear friends,
I was able to hear V8SEA on 21st Nov 1999 during the SEANET
Convention. QSL manager was told to be JA0AD (QRZ.com and 425 DXN #450). 
I did not get a response until today and there is no address of JA0AD at 
QRZ.com.
V8 would be an all time new one. So any help for this oldie would be highly 
appreciated.
